Receives all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner and determines purpose of each call. Ensure all required information is obtained for each service request Prioritizes and coordinates the scheduling of service calls to meet customer requirements and coordinates delays in the schedule with customers and service technicians. Reschedules service calls when required and uses Customer Development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, mail and personal customer contacts.
