Overview
Night Auditors must possess a positive, update personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Additionally, he or she must have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
Primary responsibilities:
-running and printing reports
-balancing credit cards
-preparing daily deposits
-registering guests
-answering phones
-making and modifying reservations
-customer service related duties
-laundry
-cleaning
-breakfast room set up as needed
The Night Auditor is responsible for all night time front desk and audit functions, as well as providing outstanding guest service at the front desk. The hours for this position are 11 pm – 7 am.
