We are a growing group of five Midas Auto Service shops that is expanding. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Automotive Customer Service Representatives to meet the growing needs of our customers. As an Automotive Customer Service Representative at Midas, your day begins with a warm welcome to every customer walking through our doors. Engage customers in friendly banter about their beloved vehicles, schedule appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction. Whether in person or over the phone, your friendly personality and professional demeanor set the tone for our auto repair shop. Be the first point of contact for our customers, make an excellent impression, and liaise with crew members to obtain car repair updates. Midas Service Center does automotive repair, and we do it well. Our talented team is committed to getting every vehicle back into great condition and getting every customer safely back on the road. All that we need from you is the following:
- Customer service experience
- Good verbal and written skills
- Current unrestricted driver’s license
- While previous experience is a plus, no experience is required. We provide training that will ensure your success.
