Automotive Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $17.00-$18.00 per hour plus bonus

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are a growing group of five Midas Auto Service shops that are expanding. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Automotive Customer Service Representatives to meet the growing needs of our customers. As an Automotive Customer Service Representatives at Midas, your day begins with a warm welcome to every customer walking through our doors. Engage customers in friendly banter about their beloved vehicles, schedule appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction. Whether in person or over the phone, your friendly personality and professional demeanor set the tone for our auto repair shop. Be the first point of contact for our customers, make an excellent impression, and liaison with crew members to obtain car repair updates. Midas Service Center does automotive repair, and we do it well. Our talented team is committed to getting every vehicle back into great condition and getting every customer safely back on the road. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • A valid driver’s license and be able to meet insurance requirements
  • While previous experience is a plus, it’s not required. We provide training that will ensure your success.
