Automotive Repair Sales Manager
Seeking an experienced sales manager with at least 2 years of experience.
Job duties include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
- Review pricing estimates with customers and explains repairs and times
- Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
- Ensure complete vehicle inspections are completed by technicians timely
- Deliver and review pricing estimates with customers
- Open and close store
- Follow up, follow-through, follow back all online appts and quotes
- Manage technician hours, production, and cleanliness of shop and shop equipment
- Maintain inventory counts
- Keep organized POs, returns, and core credits
- Maintain Showroom to be clean and tidy
- Possible other duties depending on need and pay
