We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Store Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities of Store Manager:
- Leads, coaches, and motivates team members to provide an exceptional customer
experience and achieve strong financial performance.
- Builds customer loyalty
- Ensures compliance with all Big O Tire standard operating procedures
- Responsible for managing a high performance team including hiring new
teammates, performance management, and employee engagement
- Addresses problems or conflicts arising at the store, taking disciplinary or
development actions as necessary
